Shipping policy

We proudly ship to customers across the uk.

  • Express Delivery: Arrives within 2-3 working days for £5.90
  • Standard UK Delivery: Arrives within 3-5 working days for £3.90.

All UK orders are dispatched via DPD and Evri, and you can track your shipment in real-time. Please be aware that DPD/Evri do not operate on Bank Holidays.

Once your order has shipped, You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.


Processing Time:

Please note that orders typically take 1 to 2 working days to process before they are shipped. This processing time is separate from the actual shipping duration once the order is collected from our fulfillment center. Standard domestic and international orders may take up to 1 to 2 working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. During sale periods, processing times may extend to 3-5 working days.


Once your payment has been approved and confirmed, standard orders may still require up to 2 business days for processing. This timeline is an estimate and does not account for weekends or holidays.

International shipping rate:

We offer standard or express delivery services for the majority of countries we ship to. 

International shipments will be handled by FedEx or a local courier, depending on the selected service.

All orders are currently dispatched from England, and you may incur additional import fees upon delivery.

DELIVERY CLAIMS:

If you encounter a non-delivery situation or if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 days to initiate a claim.  

We will help you coordinate with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please be aware that claims may take up to 30 days to resolve, depending on the shipping carrier.  

NLC does not assume responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not provide refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.

Shipping Fees:

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery of any shipments from niilarteycollections, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as the return shipping fees. This total will be deducted from any refunds provided.
